Avison Young has made nine promotions in the planning team within its Manchester office.

Andrew Johnston and Conor Vallelly have been promoted to directors, while their colleagues Philip Grant, Elizabeth McFadyean, Paul Nellist, Alice Routledge and Rhian Smith have all been appointed to associate positions. What’s more, Louisa Fielden and Mark Murphy have been promoted to senior planners.

Gary Halman, principal at Avison Young, who leads the planning team in Manchester, said:” We are very proud of the planning team that we have here in Manchester, which now totals 37.
