The Planning Briefing 2015
HOW Planning, along with partners Regeneris and Nabarro, have secured Jane Everton CBE, Deputy Director, Planning Economy and Society from the Department for Communities and Local Government to address delegates at their 2015 Planning Briefing.
The Briefing which is to be held at Alderley Park Conference Centre in Cheshire on Friday 16 October will provide a chance for developers, land owners, house builders and planning officers to hear more about the latest and upcoming national policy priorities from some of the country’s leading experts on planning issues.
Delegates attending this year’s biennial event will also hear from Christopher Katkowski QC of Landmark Chambers who will provide a review of the top legal cases in 2015.
Additional speakers include Eamonn Boylan, Chief Executive of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council who will discuss Planning and Devolution: The Greater Manchester Picture; Nigel McGurk, Director Erimax – Land, Planning and Communities who will cover the challenges and opportunities posed by Neighbourhood planning; Stephen Nicol, Senior Associate at Regeneris Consulting who will talk about Housing Need and Christopher Bowes, Partner at Nabarro who will be providing details about the latest proposals for simplifying and speeding up planning.
