Ma6nitude

Acting on behalf of DBS Pochin, HOW Planning has submitted a full planning application for 17,651 sq m of industrial and distribution accommodation at its flagship logistics park, Ma6nitude.

Plans have been submitted to Cheshire East Council with proposals for two single occupancy units of 13,842 sq m and 3,808 sq m at the park which has an extant planning permission for the development of a 14,402 sq m warehouse (B2, B8)

The site sits within the former Midpoint 18 site, one of the North West’s largest business and distribution parks which has been relaunched as ‘Ma6nitude’ as part of the new partnership between Pochin and DB Symmetry. Sitting to the east of Middlewich town centre, Ma6nitude has been allocated as an employment location in the emerging Cheshire East Local Plan and sits in an area surrounded by similar types of accommodation.

Ma6nitude benefits from its proximity to the M6 motorway and access to Manchester, Merseyside and the Midlands. Proposals for the new development include plans for a warehouse building (Use Class B2 and B8) including a security gatehouse at the entrance as well as associated car parking with 158 spaces, trailer parking and landscaping.
