86 Home Residential Development

House builder, Taylor Wimpey UK has been granted planning permission for a new residential development on land at Flat Lane in Kelsall, Cheshire.

HOW Planning secured outline planning consent in November 2013 and has now secured the detailed planning consent thereby enabling the immediate delivery of 89 high quality family homes within an attractive landscape setting.

Taylor Wimpey are making a positive move with these plans which will benefit the local area given the wider highway improvement works which will be implemented as part of the scheme. The development will include 31 affordable properties, public open space alongside improved pedestrian links between the site and existing local facilities.
